Aim:

Use memories and music to add layers to a story.

How:

  1. Listen to a song that makes you feel sad.
  2. Pick out key phrases from the song and write them down.
  3. Write an ABC poem or free write. Every one of the 26 points follow the words: I remember.

  1. Write a scene using five of the memories evoked by the song and the ABC poem or free writing.
