Erik Axel Karlfeldt was born 20 July 1864 and died 8 April 1931.

It whispers; all is waiting here

Erik Axel Karlfeldt was a Swedish poet. ‘His poems often use his alter ego, Fridolin, to represent his mood, yearnings, loss and humour.’ (via) He won the Nobel Prize in Literature posthumously in 1931.
