Slithering beasts, commonly known as snakes. I don’t like them and i sense that they don’t like me. The trouble is that we can go to the bush and easily recognise a lion for which we give appropriate due respect. Snakes do not carry labels which either say “I am very sweet and not at all poisonous” or “I do like to eat small animals and am prepared to tackle people though they are rather a mouthful” or “I am very poisonous, keep well clear”.
