We have just celebrated Heritage Day in South Africa and of course most South Africans did it by having a braai. Weber Classics is a great resource for any braai enthusiast who wants to improve their skills or find new ideas. It covers equipment, meats, vegetables and desserts.

This book has everything you need to braai. It includes tips to stock the pantry, what equipment to use and it has a skills section. Some highlights are: Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, Perfect Ribs and Braaied Brinjals.

Weber Classics includes tips for techniques like using a pizza stone, a wok, and the rotisserie on your Weber. It even refers to grilling as braaiing, a delightful touch to make it even more of a must-have for a South African braaier.
