Book Review – Pathways To Possibility

Pathways To Possibility by Rosamund Stone Zander (Michael Joseph) ISBN 9781405931847

It is important to analyse why we react the way we do. If we continue living life unaware of the triggers we have, blaming others and events for our feelings, and wondering why patterns keep on repeating themselves without asking why, we will not reach our full potential and will not find the happiness we seek.

The author is married to Ben Zander, who is well-known in his own right. Together, the couple have been touring the world spreading the message from their first book The Art of Possibility.

There are anecdotal stories explaining the concepts in each chapter, which show how a change in perception and realisation of causality alters our relationships with ourselves, one another and the world around us. For example, how a blind woman learned to project herself into her singing by dancing at the same time, and how a small idea of teaching music to children in an impoverished community became a national programme.

Pathways To Possibility is a thought-provoking read that is more of a tasting menu for the concepts discussed.
