In this post we show you that there are no new plots when you write books. We use the example of Harry & Luke to illustrate that there are no new plots.
If you’re worried that you don’t have an original plot, don’t worry about it. There are no new plots. The only thing you have going for you is your unique way of telling a story.
I don’t know where this comes from originally, but we’ve been using it to teach plotting in our creative writing classes for a very long time. (9 years now, I think)
