Simon has an incredible ability to simplify complex processes. Find your Why gave me a step-by-step guide to find my true purpose. This is an exciting time, as my journey starts today. It’s not going to be easy, but I now have the tools that will empower me to find fulfilment and where I can make decisions based on My Why.

Simon’s practical, well-structured guide helps from a personal perspective, as an employee or entrepreneur, leading a team, or as a CEO of a company. Simon uses the term “tribe” when he describes teams which I liked linking to teams that have a common set of goals similar to that of traditional tribes. I encourage all readers to watch Simon’s Golden Circle Ted Talk to compliment this book.
