Book Review – Crime Scene

Crime Scene by by Jonathan Kellerman, Jesse Kellerman (Headline) ISBN: 9781472238481

Deputy Sheriff Clay Edison is a former college athlete whose promising sporting career was cut short by an injury. He now works for the Alameda County coroner’s office in California.

When Clay starts work on a new case, the daughter of the victim insists that this is not an accident and that her father has been murdered. Intrigued and attracted to the beautiful Tatiana Rennert, Clay decides to delve deeper into the case.

The victim, Walter Rennert, a reclusive psychology professor seems to have been killed in the same way as a former colleague. As Clay reviews Dr Rennert’s history, more disturbing facts come to light, including a controversial study that ruined the Professor’s career. Could that incident be linked to his death?

Crime Scene is a crime-thriller with lots of twists that keep you guessing. I look forward to reading more of Clay’s adventures.
