Online Workshop: The Ultimate Short Story Checklist

Join us for an online writing class: The Ultimate Short Story Checklist – A cheat sheet for short story writers.

During 2017 I wrote a series of craft posts about short stories, but I felt like I wanted to say more. Literally, like out loud. So, I’d like to invite you to our first online class for 12 Short Stories, which will involve me talking about a checklist. This checklist, also known as “The Ultimate Short Story Checklist”, will give you an overview of short story writing.

It is great rewriting tool that will help you figure out what you need to add, take away or strengthen.

What will you learn?

During this class we will work our way through a downloadable, 29-point checklist for a short story. We will look at everything from opening lines to great endings and all the bits you need in between.
